Feds arrest 5 after $16,000 undercover fentanyl deal ends 2-year probe in Broward, records show

BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. — Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives special agents and Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies started to investigate two brothers two years ago for distributing fentanyl, according to an arrest warrant.

Investigators focused on a first-floor apartment at 10747 S Preserve Way in Miramar that brothers Anand and Sunil Someria and Richarles Lake used as a “trap house,” according to the warrant.

Investigators also identified their “stash house” at 1605 SW 116th Ave., at the Avant Apartments, in Pembroke Pines, according to the warrant.

“Over the past few months, law enforcement has conducted numerous undercover controlled purchases of pressed Fentanyl Pills from Sunil and Anand,” an ATF special agent wrote, according to the warrant…
