Actor Kevin James has spoken about his love of golf on numerous occasions. He’s also not too shabby of a golfer — he once defeated Tiger Woods at a celebrity golf game and he was recently cast as pro golfer John Daly in a limited series that’s in development.

Kevin James Just Bought a Pricey Golf Property in Boca Raton
Kevin James just purchased a new house in Boca Raton, Fla. for $17.15 million. The home is technically a “golf course estate,” as it’s located within Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, where members can enjoy the golf course, tennis and croquet courts and the marina, where members can dock yachts.
The estate is also a bit of a smart home, as it comes equipped with modern technology including a a Control4 home automation system, a Hikvision camera system, Lutron motorized shades, in-ceiling speakers and a video doorbell.
James’ new house has six bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, five balconies, an office, a club room, a wine room, a great room with a bar, a private gym, an infrared sauna and an outdoor swimming pool. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors throughout the house, encouraging indoor-outdoor living and giving residents beautiful views of the golf course…
