Philadelphia-based chef and restaurateur Michael Schulson is opening another South Florida location of his wildly popular sushi restaurant, Double Knot.
Schulson and his team filed permit applications with the Florida Depart of Business and Professional Regulation to open a Double Knot at 22 W. Atlantic Avenue, in the heart of Delray Beach’s ever growing Sundy Village complex. No exact opening date has been announced.
The chef/restaurateur owns a portfolio of restaurants under his company, Schulson Collective, including Prunella, Sampan, and Alpen Rose in Philadelphia to name just a few. He also owns Double Knot in Philadelphia and a Miami location, which opened in Wynwood last year…
