New Family Court Services Program Launches in Broward County

The 17th Judicial Circuit has launched a new Family Court Services (FCS) program to better support families involved in family law cases. The program connects participants with therapeutic resources and helps ensure compliance with court orders, aiming to improve conflict resolution and provide meaningful support for children and parents. The kickoff event, attended by about 70 judges, attorneys, and service providers, featured remarks from Chief Judge Carol-Lisa Phillips, Judges Lauren M. Alperstein and Hope Tieman Bristol, and Broward County Commissioner Nan Rich, who emphasized collaboration in helping families navigate the court system.
