WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A formal complaint has been filed against State House District 87 candidate Jon Maples, alleging he did not live in the district where he voted. The Florida Democratic Party says a citizen filed the complaint after reviewing evidence highlighted in CBS12’s reporting.
According to the party, the complaint has been submitted to the Florida Department of State’s general counsel and the Office of Statewide Prosecution, which could review the matter for possible legal action.
