Two teens arrested after IG sale meeting in Boynton Beach ends in armed robbery: BBPD

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A sale orchestrated through Instagram went horribly wrong after the victims were allegedly robbed and physically assaulted by four suspects.

According to an arrest affidavit from the Boynton Beach Police Department (BBPD), officers responded Sunday to 2200 NW 1st Street in reference to an armed robbery. The report states that upon arrival, officers were flagged down by a driver and passenger traveling on NW 1st Street in a silver Hyundai sedan.

When officers spoke with the victim, they observed scratch marks and a bruise on the left side of his face. The report revealed the victim was with his stepfather at the time of the incident when four men attacked them, stole their belongings, and fled the area…
