Boca West Country Club (Boca Raton, Fla.) has begun a complete renovation of Golf Course 1, one of four championship layouts at the club, as part of a broader $95 million capital improvement plan that includes multiple projects across the property.
The redesigned course, led by Fry/Straka Global Golf Design, is expected to be completed in December 2026. Plans call for a 7,300-yard layout that introduces new elevation changes and repositioned hazards intended to enhance strategy while improving playability for golfers across skill levels.
The project also expands the club’s practice and social golf offerings. Plans include two on-course hospitality stations, a nine-hole short course with holes ranging from 70 to 110 yards, and a 65,000-square-foot putting green featuring an 18-hole putting course.
