Court adds aggravated stalking charge in Riviera Beach FedEx homicide case

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The suspect accused of shooting and killing a FedEx worker in Riviera Beach now faces an additional aggravated stalking charge.

During his first court appearance, prosecutors formally filed an aggravated stalking charge against 25-year-old Tyler Brandon of Boynton Beach. He was ordered held without bond on the first-degree murder charge and given a $10,000 bond on the stalking count.
