A 23-year-old man previously issued a trespass warning for a Barnes & Noble store in Boca Raton was arrested Monday on charges of trespassing and two counts of retail theft from two different stores in the same shopping center, according to a police report.
Jonathan Ramsay, with no permanent address but residing in Boca Raton, was taken into custody shortly after 7 p.m. May 12 at the shopping center at 1400 W. Glades Road, police said. According to the report filed in court this week, store personnel at Barnes & Noble had previously issued Ramsay a trespass warning on Sept. 11, 2025.
