BOISE,ID (CBS2) — Southwest Idaho warms back into the 80s Wednesday, but thunderstorms are once again expected to develop during the afternoon and evening hours. Highs climb into the mid 80s around Boise and low 80s near Twin Falls under partly cloudy skies.
