Three years after city officials shut down the Travelers Motel for “deplorable” living conditions, a new project could rise up from the ground.
According to early planning documents filed with the City of Boise, a five-story apartment building with an affordability component is proposed for the area. The initial paperwork states the project would be a “much-needed redevelopment of this site.”
