Payette Woman indicted on two counts of 1st-degree murder for the death of her twin babies

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The Boise Police have arrested a 23-year-old woman after a Payette County Grand Jury indicted her in connection with the deaths of 18-month-old twins.

The Payette Police Department announced the indictment of 23-year-old Andrea Shaw, formerly of Payette, on two counts of First Degree Murder in connection with the deaths of her 18-month-old twins. Shaw was arrested by Boise Police just after 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

IdahoNews.com reported in May of 2025 that the bodies of 18-month-old twins had been discovered in a Payette home. At the time, police said, “Foul play is suspected, and the incident is being handled as a homicide at this time,” but did not identify any suspects…
