CCDC approves $37.4M contract for Boise mixed-use redevelopment near 10th and Jefferson

A long-planned redevelopment at 10th and Jefferson Street is moving into full construction after the Capital City Development Corporation approved a $37.4 million construction contract for a new mixed-use project on Boise’s West Side.

The approval clears the way for crews to begin work on a multi-story building designed to include about 446 parking spaces and ground-floor commercial space. The Treasure Valley YMCA will own and run one of the ground-floor spaces for the Kissler Family Early Education Center.
