BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The man accused of killing Jordan Harbst on the Boise River Greenbelt in July was in court via Zoom for a hearing following a mental competency evaluation.
The evaluation found that Ross Wardlaw, the accused killer, is not mentally competent enough to stand trial at this time. The judge, referring to sections of the evaluation, said that it found Wardlaw was “dangerously mentally ill” and is unable to make decisions about his own treatment at this time.
