BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) – It’s been another toasty week, but there’s good news for people who prefer late-summer weather. A cooldown is in store for us here in the Treasure Valley. On Thursday, expect temperatures to linger in the mid 90’s with fire danger still posing a very real threat. These conditions in some areas can make any fire move quick, like the Cave fire we saw begin in Kuna on Wednesday.
But there is some good news. On Friday, we see some decent chances for rain across a lot of the area, and a ≈ 10 degree drop. Saturday looks to be the same, just with less chance for precipitation…
