KUNA — The man who was recovered from the Snake River near Swan Falls Dam in late August has been identified by authorities.
Zavy Turner, 52, of Boise, fell into the water on Aug. 23; his body was recovered on Aug. 28 after a fisherman spotted it in the water.
The search for Turner’s body was called off on Monday, Aug. 24, because of unsafe conditions…
