A self-proclaimed “plant nerd,” Erin Anderson, executive director of the Idaho Botanical Garden, summed up the facility’s new $8 million expansion project by expressing how the impact of the future additions go “beyond” adding new gardens and gathering spaces.
“Today is about what can happen when a community comes together around a shared vision,” Anderson said.
