Chrissy Teigen will be in Boise on Wednesday to campaign in favor of Proposition 1, which would repeal Idaho’s strict abortion ban laws and provide protections for the procedure.
Proposition 1, also called the Reproductive Freedom and Privacy Act, also provides protections for access to birth control, in vitro fertilization and privacy in healthcare decisions.
Teigen, who is a New York Times #1 bestselling cookbook author, model, entrepreneur and advocate for maternal health, will meet privately with Idaho mothers to talk with them about how the state’s abortion ban laws have affected them.
She’ll then speak at a “Yes on Prop 1” rally, to be held from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Treefort Music Hall, to encourage Idahoans to cast their ballots during the final days of early voting.
