NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) – The Nampa Police Department has released more information about the woman who was killed in a hit-and-run in Nampa this past weekend. According to Nampa Police investigators, they have confirmed the victim, 30-year-old Tarissa Marie Piper of Nampa, was standing in the roadway when two vehicles struck her.
