BOISE, Idaho – An appeal hearing on the future of the Union Block Building is scheduled by the city of Boise for Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 6 p.m. The building was previously ordered to be vacated by the city in November of 2023 because of “safety concerns” but the owner appealed the decision.
