Meridian has been munching on In-N-Out for a month now. A long-developing plan for a restaurant at Boise Towne Square seemed stalled. But then the bulldozers moved in. Work crews rolled up on the former Pier 1 Imports on the south side of the mall parking lot this week and started bashing into the building. By Friday morning, all that remained was a pile of rubble.
