Family of Idaho 4 Victim Kaylee Goncalves Reveals Her Body Was Found in Corner of Bedroom: ‘She Was Trapped’

The family of Kaley Goncalves said they’re ‘left in limbo’ as they await the trial of accused murderer Bryan Kohberger

The body of a woman who was one of the four victims in the University of Idaho student murders in 2022 was found upright against the wall, her family has revealed.

Bryan Kohberger is accused of fatally stabbing four students at off-campus housing at the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho, in November 2022. The family of one of the students, Kaylee Goncalves, shared newly released images of her after police investigated the grisly murders.

The Goncalves family told ABC News that they received thousands of photos from the scene of the crime.

Kristi Goncalves, Kaylee’s mom, said some of the images revealed her final position when she died.

“The side where Kaylee was, was up against the wall. And if you can imagine, Kaylee in an upright sort of position – up in the corner – slumped. I mean she was trapped,” Kristi told ABC News. “The bed, the bed was the entire room. You could barely open up the door without swiping the foot of the bed – and it was wall, wall. You know, the headboard was up against the wall.”
