Caldwell man dies in rollover crash

An 86-year-old Caldwell man died Thursday when his vehicle rolled near New Plymouth.

The man, who has not been publicly identified, was traveling north on Sand Hollow Road, near Southeast Fourth Avenue, around 1 p.m. when he drove a 2004 Ford F350 into the southbound lanes, off the shoulder and rolled.

The man was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene, according to a news release from Idaho State Police.
