Decker had lived in her home which was parked on a homeowner’s private residence that she rented out.

The City of Meridian argued this was against its law which does not allow people to live inside parked recreational vehicles, according to the Idaho Statesman.

In 2022, Decker was handed the ultimatum just one day after she moved in to leave immediately or she and her landlord, Robert Calacal, could face fines and jail time, The U.S. Sun previously reported.

Prior to this, the pair had agreed Decker could move her 252-square-foot property onto the land for $600 a month.
