Family of man who BPD say exchanged fire with police in North End file legal claim against City of Boise

Another possible lawsuit over police shootings could be hitting the City of Boise. In mid-January, family members of Macey Juker, a man shot multiple times by BPD officers in the North End last summer, filed a notice of tort claim with the City of Boise over his death. The claim from Juker’s father Robin Juker, mother Sherry Francis and sister Jordin Juker isn’t a lawsuit, but it can proceed one.
