BOISE – Governor Brad Little has issued an order for U.S. flags and State of Idaho flags to be flown at half-staff to pay tribute to Capt. Benjamin Moulton, 27, from Emmett, Idaho. Capt. Moulton was among the five U.S. Marines who lost their lives in a helicopter crash in southern California during a training exercise on Tuesday. The directive for flags to be lowered is effective immediately and will remain in place until sunset on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
