The City of Boise has found the new home of the city’s third water renewal facility. On Friday, the city announced it planned to spend $20 million to purchase a 76-acre parcel off of Eisenman Road near the Gateway East urban renewal district in Southeast Boise for its water recycling facility. The facility, which has been in the works for more than five years, will process and recycle sewage for industrial reuse.
