The vertical construction of a luxury apartment building in downtown Boise was completed, adding to the city’s ever-increasing skyline. The Arthur, as the structure has been dubbed, was topped at 26 floors. The milestone in the construction of the building was marked by a ceremony and luncheon for workers on the project.
