Boise got one. Now this fast-growing brewery chain will open a ‘flashy’ pub in Meridian

Voodoo Brewing Co. is casting a wider spell on Idaho.

After launching a pub last fall in Southwest Boise, the Pennsylvania-based brewery will open in Meridian next.

The state’s second Voodoo Brewing restaurant and bar is on track to debut in the middle of March. Bringing colorful branding and skull imagery, it will be at 713 N. Main St. in the Old Town Lofts apartment building. Voodoo’s spot will be about 3,500 square feet with a 600-square-foot patio.

Both Voodoo Brewing locations in the Gem State are locally owned and operated. Idaho natives Joel and Alicia Piccione are the Meridian franchisees.

“Voodoo Meridian is thrilled to become an active member of the Treasure Valley,” it posted on Facebook , “and will be a flashy addition to downtown Meridian, and its surrounding communities. Along with Voodoo’s world-renowned artisan beer and elevated pub fare, Voodoo Meridian patrons will enjoy the eclectic pub atmosphere that Voodoo fans have grown to love at other Voodoo Brewing Co. locations across the country.”
