BOISE, Idaho – The winter program to allow dogs to run leash-free at Boise parks is ending soon with the anticipated change of seasons. Boise Parks and Recreation said on social media Wednesday that due to the start of spring sports, they will be ending their seasonal winter off-leash program at the three Boise parks that utilize the program.
