Boise has only seen a tenth of an inch of rain as of 1 pm Thursday but increasing showers Thursday afternoon into Thursday night will bring another quarter to third of an inch of rain. Most of the rain will fall in Ada County and northern Canyon County but all valley areas will see at least some rain through Thursday night.
