Nampa man gets life sentence for stabbing his mother in Middleton

Caldwell, ID (CBS2) – The Nampa man convicted for the stabbing death of his mother at her Middleton home in October 2022 has been sentenced to life in prison. 27-year-old Levi Isaac Davis of Nampa was arrested on October 10, 2022, after an investigation by the Canyon County Sheriff’s Office and FBI METRO Violent Crime Task Force found that he had brutally stabbed and almost decapitated his mother, Karly Cantrell the former director of West Valley Humane Society, in her Middleton home.
