BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) – Located inside Hotel Renegade, The Highlander says they’re the only rooftop bar in Boise to offer year-round service. “There are several rooftop bars that deliver great cocktails and great food, but eight floors up with the amount of views and capacity that we’re able to hold kind of separates us from everybody else,” said beverage operations manager for Hotel Renegade, Forrest Ostrander. “The Highlander is a craft cocktail bar and lounge with a 180-degree wraparound rooftop terrace patio that oversees the Owyhee Mountain Range, the Boise Foothills and the downtown’s landscape of Boise itself.”
