Fires across the region lead to abysmal air quality in the Treasure Valley

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) – Boise woke up Thursday morning to some of the worst air quality across the country. The air quality index is expected to bounce between Orange and Red throughout Wednesday, with the worst of the smoky conditions in the morning. Fires burning in eastern Oregon, the Boulder Fire near Cascade, and a fast-growing fire near Ola are all contributing to the smoky conditions in the Valley.
