BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) – We are waking up to some chilly temperatures on Thursday, but today will still be warmer than Wednesday without the wind chill. Thursday will also be a clear day with little to no clouds expected around the Treasure Valley and much of Idaho. Wind speeds will be lighter than previous days this week, around four to six miles per hour for most of the day.
