ISP investigates after local man succumbs to injuries from August 21 collision

Nampa, ID (CBS2) – A Nampa man has died two weeks after being injured in a crash on Riverside Road. According to Idaho State Police (ISP), around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21 a 65-year-old Nampa man was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pickup northbound on Riverside Road when he drifted onto the right shoulder before overcorrecting and hitting the side of a 2009 Peterbilt sanitation truck driven by a 53-year-old Payette man heading southbound on Riverside Road.
