Man charged with vehicular manslaughter in deadly five-vehicle crash

JEROME, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) – The man whom police believe caused a deadly crash last week in Jerome County appeared in court on Tuesday. Zhou Ping, a 36-year-old man from Boise, is charged with felony vehicular manslaughter for Friday’s crash at the intersection of Idaho Route 25 and U.S. Highway 93, according to court documents.
