Despite not being owned by a Kiwi, one of Boise’s newest eateries is bringing fruit and New Zealand ice cream know-how to the Treasure Valley. Kevin Rhoades always knew he would own an ice cream shop one day. He opened Mo’Berries Ice Cream, located at 8249 West Overland Rd. #160, in August, which offers ice cream made by Rhoades that can be blended with a selection of rotating fruits, as well as smoothies and milkshakes, and bowls such as acai, coconut, and pineapple.
