Kurt Gregg has joined CBRE’s Boise office as a vice president, and Yhindi Struthers and Casey Collins have joined as associates. Gregg joins from A10 Capital, where he was managing director and responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring non-recourse bridge and permanent debt across all asset classes and geographies across the country. He specialized in the management of both local and regional investors to multi-national institutional borrowers. At CBRE, he will partner with Tim Reid and specialize in investment sales across Idaho.
