BOISE, Idaho – Puppies are cute, but they can be a lot of work. Sometimes adopting an older dog can be easier, not only for the owner, but also for the dog. A plus for anyone looking for a slightly mature mutt, the Idaho Humane Society is offering any dog that is 1-year old or older at 50% off until Sept. 30.
