BOISE, Idaho – A Nampa man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly rolling back the odometer of a vehicle and selling it. The Nampa Police Department(NPD) said officers arrested 20-year-old Hamit Kaan Tekel on a search warrant at a home on East Syracuse Street in Nampa. He was taken into custody without incident.
