CALDWELL, Idaho – If you’ve lived in Idaho, even for a little while, and taken some drives around the valley, you may have come across Clyde the Camel. Driving down the rural road, seeing a camel out of nowhere was kind of exciting. He seemed to always be standing by the road, appearing like he was watching the passers-by just as much as they were watching him. Not only was Clyde a people watcher, he was also a people person. He got out-and-about, even appearing on KTVB smooching Maggie O’Mara, and the Today Show on NBC.
