A suspect was injured in a police shooting following reports of an armed robbery Tuesday night. Boise police responded to the armed robbery report around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at a business near the intersection of West Fairview Avenue and North McKinney Street, according to a Boise Police Department news release. The suspect fled, the release said, and police located him about a quarter-mile away, just north of Fairview on Cole Road. The suspect briefly pulled over in their vehicle before fleeing south on Cole Road, the release said.
