BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) – A former Meridian Police Officer whose arrest of a young man is at the center of an investigation has transferred to the Boise Police Department. A video of the arrest surfaced on YouTube, first reported by “The Civil Rights Lawyer” YouTube page. The video, primarily filmed by the brother of the young man who was arrested, shows the interaction in great detail.
