An eviction case against the owner of a now-closed Hyde Park restaurant won’t be decided any time soon. On Thursday, Danielle Riddle, the owner of two shuttered North End restaurants, Bistro d’Helene and Apericena, through her professional name Danielle Christine, appeared at the Ada County Courthouse for eviction proceedings at the Apericena property on 13th Street. Her landlord Jill Monteith filed the case to remove Riddle on September 23, but because she came to the hearing without an attorney to represent her, the case was unable to move forward and was continued for another two weeks.
