It turns out, the full bill to defend Boise State and its employees is more than first reported. But, we don’t know how much more. After our initial story noted the school spent $989,458.55, plaintiff Sarah Jo Fendley pointed out that the numbers didn’t include another attorney who worked on the case – Trudy Hanson Fouser. Hanson Fouser was quoted as representing Boise State in a 2022 BoiseDev story on the case.
