A recycling center in South Meridian wants to stay at its current site a while longer, and nearby residents are not happy about it. On Tuesday, the Meridian City Council will consider a development agreement modification from Timber Creek Recycling to grant it a time extension at its Columbia Rd. and Locust Grove Rd. facility. The company claims it needs this three-year extension while it continues to get its new site in Nampa ready to handle the bulk of its operations.
