BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) – The first baby born in the Treasure Valley has been announced by St. Luke’s. Evelyn Lily Hodge was born at 12:29 a.m. at St. Luke’s Medical Center, according to a statement released by the hospital. Reportedly, baby Evelyn showed up 19 days ahead of schedule.
