KUNA, Idaho – Drivers know there is now a four-way stop at the intersection of Black Cat Road and Kuna Road. The new traffic pattern has disrupted some drivers, with Kuna Police Department reporting that the new four-way stop has seen multiple stop sign violations as well as a crash in the past 24 hours.
