One of the first urgent calls to the Idaho State Police in 2025 involved a shooting on an Interstate in Northern Idaho.
The shooting happened on January 8th around 9:30 in the evening and it seemed like the only information and evidence of the crime was a bullet hole in a car, a blurry picture of a car, and a claim that it was driven by a male.
With that small amount of information to work with, Idaho State Police Dispatchers were able to start a search. Because of their work the suspect was quickly found and arrested and they have now been recognized for their efforts.
